1/2 hour of Power Yoga using flowing and strengthening poses and half hour of Mat Pilates for core strengthening focusing on the abs and back and lengthening the muscles. The room is not heated. Bring your yoga mat. Drop in is $14/class.

|
Low impact Cardio hour of caloric-burning, body-energizing, exhilarating dance moves. Zesty Latin music, like salsa, merengue, cumbia and reggaeton; with exhilarating, easy-to-follow moves. Please, carry in a clean pair of sneakers for class. Drop-in $10/class or drop-in to both the Muscle/Pilates and Zumba classes for $14. Use a class card package and both classes count as one class for $10.

Bootcamp style of 40 minutes Cardio and handheld weight circuit followed by 20 minutes of core strengthening Mat Pilates. 1 hour of gentle yoga poses for complete body flexibility, balance and restoration. The room is at a comfortable temperature, approx 75 degrees. Bring your yoga mat and plenty of water. This class runs on a special 6 week session.

The perfect exercise class for the beginner or active older adult looking to keep themselves moving!! It is a low impact, easy to follow dance exercise class with zesty latin music, salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton and some oldies but goodies. Lots of fun!! Absolutely, no dance experience necessary. Carry in your sneakers and bring a bottle of water. This class runs on a special 6 week session.
