Cardio/Muscle/Pilates

This class is a Total Body Workout taught by Colleen. The first half of the class is a circuit of hi/lo impact Cardio routines alternating with handheld weight exercises to keep your heart rate up for the 30 minutes. The second half of the class is mat Pilates work to strengthen, lengthen and tone body focusing on the abs and back.
Please, carry in your sneakers!
Yoga/Pilates

This class consists of a half hour of flowing Vinyasa style yoga with a half hour of mat Pilates. Excellent class for improving your balance, flexibility, core strength, lengthening the muscles and enjoying a relaxing mind-body experience.
Bring your yoga mat.
ZUMBA®
Ages: Adult

1 hour
It is one exhilarating hour full of caloric-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring dance moves. It is a combination of hip-hop, jazz, salsa, merengue. No dance experience necessary. Class involves easy to follow, dance steps, fast and slow rhythms, combined to tone and sculpt while burning fat. It is so much fun!!
Yoga

This is a warm flowing vinyasa style yoga class. This class is for all levels to improve flexibility, build strength, balance and develop the mind/body connection between breath and movement. Bring a yoga mat, towel, and water bottle.
Muscle/Pilates

This class is taught by Colleen and is for strengthening, lengthening and toning the entire body. It includes upper body strength exercises with hand weights and mat Pilates exercises for strengthing the abs and back. Carry in your sneakers for this class and bring water.
Flow Yoga

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga is a slow paced class that incorporates conscious breathing, gentle yoga postures, some basic yoga sequencing.
For anyone wishing to increase flexibility and stability, move into their
ideal posture, decrease stress, or try yoga for the first time, this
would be a great class for you! In a comfortable (75 degree) room. Bring a yoga mat and water.
Zumba® GOLD
Ages: Adult

Zumba Gold is a slower paced exercise dance class
for beginners or the older active adult. No dance
