This class is a Total Body Workout taught by Colleen. The first half of the class is a circuit of hi/lo impact Cardio routines alternating with handheld weight exercises to keep your heart rate up for the 30 minutes. The second half of the class is mat Pilates work to strengthen, lengthen and tone body focusing on the abs and back. Please, carry in your sneakers!

This class is for children to attend when their parent is taking the Cardio/Muscle/Pilates class on Friday Mornings. It is held in Studio #1 and consists creative movement, fitness and games. Taught by two Kid Fitness instructors and is for children ages 5-13. Carry in your sneakers.

| It is one exhilarating hour full of caloric-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring dance moves. It is a combination of hip-hop, jazz, salsa, merengue. No dance experience necessary. Class involves easy to follow, dance steps, fast and slow rhythms, combined to tone and sculpt while burning fat. It is so much fun!! |
